the psalmist Philippe is a young Cameroonian born in Yaoundé and originally from the Bassa tribe.
He started singing at the age of 10, when he only had his voice as an instrument. Thanks to this precious instrument that is his voice, he joined the choir of his local assembly at the age of 11, after singing at the platform Sunday school where he was spotted.
He passes in turn in the choirs: Echos de l'EMEC de Yaoundé, Vie en Christ, Groupe biblical EPC (Douala), the Vinojet choir (Douala) and finally the Voix victorieuse where he is principal cantor.
He hosts concerts and leads worship in Christian assemblies. He accompanies gospel artists like: Macha, Clarisse Tchamar, Odile Ngaska, Princess Bamoun.
He also participates in competitions in the singing section:
- Stars of tomorrow,
- Africa star.
